How to get to The Winter Swing Ball
The Winter Swing Ball is held at The Hammersmith Club - a stunning period dance hall in the heart of West London.
The Hammersmith Club is located one street back from the Riverside next to Hammersmith Bridge (the waterfront stretches from Hammersmith Bridge to Chiswick Eyot). If you are coming from the waterfront look for the Rutland pub as the venue is close to that.
The Hammersmith Club is at 11 Rutland Grove, Hammersmith, London W6 9DH.
Entrance is via the large gate (pictured) then the double doors to the left of the dance hall. NB the car park is private and must not be used.
By tube - Piccadilly, District or Hammermsith & City Lines to Hammersmith, 5-10 minutes walk.
From the tube exit cross towards King Street and then walk up Blacks Road into Hammersmith Bridge Road - Rutland Grove is the last turning on the right before the river/bridge.
Alternatively walk up King Street and turn left opposite Primark then continue straight (Bridge Ave then Bridge View after crossing under the flyover) until you reach Rutland Grove (look for Digby Mansions).
Turn right into Rutland Grove and the venue is on your left nestled between smart townhouses.
By bus - any bus over Hammersmith Bridge - there is a stop right at the end of Rutland Grove.
By car - Just off the A4, Hammersmith is easily accessible by car from all directions. There is parking outside the venue in Rutland Grove, and in local streets - free after 6.30pm. Alternatively Kings Mall car park is just off King Street, 5 mins walk from the venue, and is very good value.

Bar and eating
The bar in the dance hall will be open throughout the evening.
There is a small selection of crisps etc. available but nothing substantial so please eat beforehand - 5 minutes walk from the venue is Hammersmith's busy King Street, with a fantastic selection of bars, pubs, cafés and restaurants.
