Occasionally we have live bands at C Jam!

On live band nights all the classes run as usual and the band provides much of the music for the dancing afterwards.

Live Music at C Jam

The connection between live music and swing dancing is steeped in history.

Today's swing DJ's have access to an unenviable catalogue of recordings from almost a century of musical greats, yet there is an extra "something" to be found in good live music!

So every so often we have a live band at C Jam.

We only book bands that really swing - comprised of some of the very best of today's musicians, many of them regulars in West End shows, all highly regarded in the world of jazz and swing.
